Materials used
– Bag made of 75 μm PUR film screen-printed on the bottom with name and logo, containing 3D knitted PE netting.
– White top layer of hydrophilic PE HD nappa leather 100 gr/m2, with perimeter flap 6cm wide and 3cm along the length of the carpet.
– Intermediate layer of polyester/viscose, density 55 gr/m2 ± 5g.
– Inner tube to bag, PU HF welded with white polypropylene connector.
– 4 adhesives, two-sided asymmetric adhesion, strong to the bag and soft to the ground.
– PVC perimeter frame to prevent sudden spills from overflowing out of Aladin.
